The work
- • Act as the senior front-of-house presence, setting the tone from the moment guests and members arrive
- • Lead Reception, Hall Porters, Duty Managers, Guest Relations and Night teams
- • Deliver seamless, standout 5* service across the entire guest journey
- • Personally welcome guests and members, recognising VIPs and repeat visitors
- • Build meaningful guest relationships and create memorable, defining moments
- • Drive service excellence through proactive walk-rounds and hands-on leadership
- • Coach and develop teams in line with LQA standards and 5* expectations
- • Manage departmental budgets and attend P&L meetings
- • Represent the Director of Guest Experiences in their absence
- • Champion continuous improvement across all guest-facing touchpoints
This role is for you if…
- • You have proven 5* luxury hospitality experience
- • You are confident, polished and thrive in a front-facing leadership role
- • You have strong knowledge of LQA standards and service audits
- • You enjoy leading by example on the floor, not from behind a desk
- • You are passionate about delivering truly exceptional guest experiences
- • You are comfortable managing budgets and contributing to P&L discussions
