The work
- • Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy, critically acclaimed country house dining operation.
- • Lead and inspire a front-of-house team during service, setting the tone for warm, attentive and knowledgeable guest experiences.
- • Manage reservations, floor plans and service flow across covers that range from quiet weekday lunches to full weekend sittings.
- • Assist with the training and mentoring of junior team members, sharing your enthusiasm for food, wine and service.
- • Ensure the highest standards of presentation, licensing compliance and health & safety are upheld throughout.
