The work

  • Drive golf membership, group, society and corporate sales pipelines
  • Manage tee-time bookings, society days and tournament enquiries
  • Convert membership tours and trial rounds into long-term members
  • Liaise closely with the Golf Club, F&B and resort sales teams
  • Build a planned year of society days, charity opens and corporate days
  • Manage CRM, lead nurture and renewal cycles across the membership base
  • Support golf packages with stay, spa, dining and conference revenue
  • Represent Rockliffe at golf shows, regional events and partner days
  • Track sales KPIs, forecasts and revenue against budget
  • Champion the resort's transformation story across all golf sales touchpoints

  • You have golf club, resort or hospitality sales experience
  • You are commercially driven, organised and a confident closer
  • You enjoy mixed B2B and B2C selling across membership and groups
  • You take real pride in CRM hygiene, pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • You are passionate about golf and the wider resort experience
