The work
- • Act as a senior front-of-house presence and Duty Manager, taking full responsibility for the hotel's operations during your shift
- • Welcome and escort guests on arrival, ensuring every check-in and check-out is conducted with warmth and precision
- • Handle all guest enquiries, requests and complaints with professionalism, empathy and swift resolution
- • Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance and food and beverage departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- • Conduct room inspections and public area checks to maintain the highest standards of presentation
- • Manage cash handling, billing accuracy and end-of-shift reporting
- • Coordinate VIP arrivals, special occasions and bespoke guest requests with meticulous attention to detail
- • Oversee overnight operations and security procedures as required during night shifts
This role is for you if…
- • You have experience in a Duty Manager, Guest Relations or senior receptionist role within a luxury boutique hotel
- • You are exceptionally composed, polished and confident in a high-expectation, guest-facing environment
- • You genuinely love the art of hospitality and take deep personal pride in making guests feel truly special
- • You have outstanding communication skills and the ability to build warm, trusting rapport with guests from all over the world
- • You are comfortable and professional across rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings and overnight
