About the hotel

THE PIG at Harlyn Bay is the group's flagship Cornish retreat, perched above the spectacular surf beach at Harlyn Bay, just a short drive from Padstow. Set within a historic 15th-century house with sea views and wild Atlantic surroundings, the hotel runs two busy restaurants and champions local Cornish produce, coastal foraging and kitchen garden cookery. The work

• • Hold full operational oversight of the hotel, kitchen garden, grounds and wider estate
• • Lead two busy restaurants during the peak summer season, maintaining THE PIG's renowned food and drink standards
• • Drive commercial performance, manage budgets and monitor KPIs against revenue targets
• • Build, develop and inspire a high-performing team across all departments
• • Champion guest experience at every touchpoint, responding personally to feedback and building relationships
• • Collaborate closely with group functions on brand strategy, commercial initiatives and operational planning
• • Act as the senior leader and cultural ambassador for THE PIG brand within the property
• • Maintain operational standards and health & safety compliance across the estate

• • You have proven senior leadership experience in a destination hotel or high-quality F&B-led property
