The work
- • Welcome arriving guests with warmth and a polished doorman presence
- • Manage luggage, packages and deliveries from arrival through departure
- • Escort guests to rooms, orient them and offer the hotel introduction
- • Hail taxis, manage drop-offs and coordinate the front-entrance flow
- • Liaise closely with reception and concierge on VIPs and special requests
- • Handle group arrivals, screening room turnover and departures smoothly
- • Run errands and act on guest preferences anticipated by the team
- • Maintain immaculate front-of-house and luggage room presentation
- • Build genuine repeat-guest recognition across visits
- • Represent The Soho Hotel as a polished ambassador on every shift
