The work
- • Prepare, mix, and garnish cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and spirits to the resort’s standard menu
- • Receive beverage orders and serve drinks promptly and professionally
- • Provide thoughtful beverage recommendations to guests
- • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- • Manage bar ingredients, stock levels, and equipment
- • Conduct inventory checks and report shortages to management
- • Ensure all bar tools and equipment are clean and well maintained
- • Support wider food & beverage operations as required
