The work
- • Welcome arriving spa guests and walk them through the spa journey
- • Manage treatment bookings, day spa packages and add-ons via the system
- • Handle billing, deposits and end-of-shift reconciliations
- • Maintain immaculate spa reception, retail and relaxation areas
- • Drive retail performance through warm, knowledgeable recommendations
- • Liaise closely with therapists on timings, room turnaround and changes
- • Run the phones, inbox and online booking enquiries efficiently
- • Support spa membership renewals, tours and new sign-ups
- • Anticipate guest needs across the spa, pool and changing facilities
- • Represent Calcot as a warm, polished spa ambassador throughout shift

- • You enjoy a busy, mixed environment of bookings, retail and guest care
- • You are confident with systems, billing and accuracy under pressure

- • You are not available for weekends, school holidays or peak periods
