The work
- • Oversee all housekeeping operations across 143 guest rooms and public areas of the hotel
- • Schedule and manage room attendants, lobby staff, and laundry teams to meet daily productivity targets
- • Monitor and maintain housekeeping quality and cleanliness standards, targeting mystery shop scores above 90%
- • Manage daily laundry operations, linen inventory and equipment maintenance
- • Lead daily standups and monthly departmental meetings
- • Ensure compliance with all cleaning SOPs, health, safety, and hygiene standards
- • Implement and update SOPs as part of the hotel's pre-opening and operational set-up
- • Plan and execute monthly deep-clean programmes for all areas of the hotel

- • You have proven Director-level or senior Executive Housekeeper experience in a boutique or luxury hotel
- • You are highly organised, process-driven and comfortable setting up housekeeping systems from scratch
- • You thrive in a pre-opening or newly launched environment where you can shape the department
- • You are a confident people leader who motivates teams to consistently exceed high standards
- • You are proficient in hotel management systems and are comfortable with productivity reporting

- • You are not comfortable working AM shifts daily or adapting your schedule based on hotel occupancy
- • You have limited experience managing large housekeeping teams across multiple floors
