The work

• • Support the Head Housekeeper in managing the full day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department across 172 rooms spread over fifteen Georgian townhouses.
• • Supervise, schedule and motivate a team of room attendants and housekeeping staff, ensuring consistent high standards are maintained throughout.
• • Conduct thorough room and public area inspections, signing off only when presentation is genuinely immaculate.
• • Manage linen, guest supplies and equipment, coordinating closely with laundry, maintenance and front office teams.
• • Step in to lead the department confidently in the Head Housekeeper's absence, taking full accountability for the shift.

This role is for you if…

• • You have housekeeping supervisory experience in a quality London hotel and understand what five-star presentation really means.
• • You have an eye for detail so sharp that a misaligned cushion genuinely bothers you.
• • You're a calm, organised leader who brings out the best in a diverse team across a fast-moving multi-building property.

• • You prefer a purely administrative role without hands-on floor oversight and room inspections.
