The work
- • Act as the central liaison between the culinary and F&B management teams on all administrative and operational matters
- • Manage all menu documentation, updates, and operational content systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- • Coordinate with the Finance team on POS updates and ensure pricing accuracy across all platforms
- • Procure and manage front-of-house supplies in line with operational requirements and agreed budgets
- • Maintain recipe accuracy within company systems to support both kitchen and service operations
- • Produce and maintain operational materials and documentation for the F&B team
- • Support the senior management team to ensure seamless day-to-day F&B operations
- • Approach problem-solving proactively with a can-do attitude and genuine commitment to service excellence
