The work
- • Lead and manage the daily front-of-house operations of EightyEight, Grantley Hall's sophisticated cocktail bar and lounge
- • Coach and mentor waiting staff to consistently deliver exceptional levels of service
- • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing team scheduling, performance and staff development
- • Handle guest feedback with poise and professionalism, turning every interaction into a positive experience
- • Manage stock levels, ordering and supplier relationships to support smooth daily operations
- • Drive departmental revenue through upselling, menu knowledge and refined service techniques
- • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the restaurant
- • Maintain and uphold Grantley Hall's brand standards at every guest touchpoint
- • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new front-of-house team members
