The work
- • Manage check-in, check-out and overnight guest enquiries from 11pm onwards
- • Run the night audit, daily reconciliation and PMS rollover
- • Process billing, posting, deposits and end-of-day reporting
- • Handle late-night arrivals, VIP set-ups and special requests
- • Run the switchboard and respond to overnight in-room dining and concierge
- • Liaise closely with security, housekeeping and night porters across shift
- • Prepare arrivals, registration cards and reports for the morning team
- • Manage walk-in enquiries and theatre/clubland late arrivals
- • Maintain immaculate front-of-house presentation overnight
- • Represent Firmdale as a calm, polished overnight ambassador

- • You are confident with PMS, accounting and reporting accuracy
