The work
- • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of Botanica, South Lodge's signature restaurant
- • Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences
- • Assist with sales planning, business forecasting and departmental profit targets
- • Manage staff scheduling aligned with business needs and service levels
- • Maintain quality standards, health and hygiene protocols across the restaurant at all times
- • Oversee stock management and supplier ordering to minimise waste and control costs
- • Handle guest feedback professionally, turning every interaction into an opportunity to delight
- • Support recruitment, induction and ongoing training of restaurant team members
