The work
- • Welcome guests on arrival with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their entire stay at Lucknam Park
- • Manage the smooth check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout
- • Handle reservations, cancellations and modifications using the hotel's property management system
- • Respond promptly and graciously to guest enquiries, requests and feedback by telephone, email and in person
- • Liaise with all departments to coordinate guest preferences, special occasions and VIP arrangements
- • Manage cash handling, billing and end-of-shift reporting with full accuracy
- • Assist in maintaining the presentation of the front desk and reception area to the highest standard
- • Communicate clearly with night audit, housekeeping and concierge to ensure seamless service delivery

- • You have experience in a front office or reception role within a luxury hotel or 5-star property
- • You are naturally warm, polished and composed in a guest-facing environment
- • You have excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages a strong advantage
- • You are highly organised and thrive on delivering precise, attentive service
- • You take genuine pride in going above and beyond for guests

- • You are not comfortable with rotating shift patterns including early mornings, evenings and weekends
